Weekend Workshop with Advanced Teacher, Jayne Orton, from England, March 20-222, 2026. Please note that during this weekend, Katrin’s Friday evening class, Kris’ Saturday morning class, and Rayna’s Sunday morning will be canceled due to the workshop.
Jayne made annual trips to Pune to study with him and the rest of the family since the early 1980s.
Workshop – Yoga for Hormonal Balance – Practising in Rhythm with the Cycle with Rayna on April 25th
In this workshop we will look at how the yoga practice can be adjusted according to the different phases of the cycle. We will consider the practice before, during and after menstruation and also address topics such as heavy or light bleeding, irregular cycles and other hormonally related changes.
Classes around Easter
This year the studio will be closed during the Easter holidays. The last class before the holidays will be on April 2, Anna’s Thursday evening class. We will reopen on Tuesday, April 7. Happy Easter!

Siri’s classes are dynamic while also placing a strong emphasis on mindfulness and the connection between breath and body.
