These workshops are for new and aspiring level 1 mentee teachers and intermediate level students who wish to deepen their practice and understanding of Iyengar Yoga and for already certified Iyengar yoga teachers who are interested to become mentors.
We will practice asana and pranayama and discuss the teacher training program and explore teaching skills. We also explore how we can integrate practice and explanding our study of philosophy and anatomy.
