New 9 -Week Yoga Therapy Course with Katrin & Elizabeth. Starting Friday, January 26, 2024, from 3:00 – 4:30pm, Elizabeth and Katrin will begin a yoga therapy course on Friday afternoons for people with lower back problems.

Twists – Soothing the Nervous System. B.K.S. Iyengar described twisting asanas as having a “squeeze and soak” action: The organs are compressed during a twist, pushing out blood filled with metabolic by-products and toxins.

Experienced yoga practitioners struggle to establish and deepen their pranayama practice. In Part 2 of our Pranayama Exploration, we wil explore techniques that bring mental calm and focus and physical upliftment.
This 2h-yoga class will be in German, based on the Level 1-2 classes by Claudia Lamas C. Everyone very welcome with one year regular yoga practice.
