Headstand and shoulderstand are of central importance in Iyengar Yoga, which we want to take a closer look at. We can only experience the magic and positive effects if we practice these postures regularly and reduce fears and resistance. In the workshop, preparatory asanas, variations for the construction and execution of Sirsasana/ Sarvangasana will be practiced and practical tips for at home will be given.
The workshop is aimed at yoga practitioners who have at least 1 year of regular practice in Iyengar Yoga and teachers. It will take place in person and as an online course.
