Yoga is for everyone! The new gentle class is aimed at all practitioners, old or young, with or without previous knowledge, who want to devote themselves more calmly and with more support to yoga postures. The aim of this course is to develop body awareness, release tension in the muscles and promote joint mobility. By strengthening the spine and opening the chest, the breath can flow (again) better and inner peace and balance can unfold.
