New beginners class with Rayna: Thursday 9-10.30 am

As Chandra is going on maternity leave at the end of January, Rayna’s Thursday class will continue with a new time and as a beginners’ class. If you want to take it a little slower or are completely new to Iyengar yoga, you can join in at any time. You will learn the basics of Iyengar yoga, build strength and flexibility and find inner peace.
