The Saturday morning class at IYZB continues with a new teacher, Kris. New and experienced students are welcome to get their weekend off to a great start with Kris and a dynamic yoga practice.
Yoga is for everyone! The gentle class is aimed at all practitioners, old or young, with or without previous knowledge, who want to devote themselves more calmly and with more support to yoga postures.
Twists – Soothing the Nervous System. B.K.S. Iyengar described twisting asanas as having a “squeeze and soak” action: The organs are compressed during a twist, pushing out blood filled with metabolic by-products and toxins.
On Pentecost, Sunday, May 19th, you can practice yoga with Ulrike, 5:00-6:30pm and on Monday, May 20th with Chandra from 10:00am–11:30pm These morning classes will offer special holiday sequences!
