There are different kinds of twists, in sitting, supine, and standing poses as well as others. All twists have have their unique physical and mental benefits.
Join Katrin and Elizabeth for a weekend workshop to deepen your asana practice and knowledge. We will use the new Level 1 syllabus as the groundwork to explore important foundational elements and actions in a variety of asanas.
Over three classes, we will explore a range of active and restorative poses. Energizing and restoring body, mind, and spirit.
