The ribs are the container to uplift your physical self. Many people suffer from weakness and tightness in chest, ribs, and shoulder girdle. In this online weekend workshop, Katrin and Elizabeth will guide you exploring the anatomy, alignment, and movement possibilities in the ribs, shoulder girdle, and chest through a wide range of yoga asanas and pranayama techniques. Join us in for this unique workshop and bring illumination and nourishment to your body and mind through deep study and practice.
The workshop will be taught in English and German (Saturday will be more in German and Sunday in English) – translation possible upon request.
This workshop is for all yoga practitioners with a minimum 2 years experience.
