Join Katrin and Elizabeth for a weekend workshop to deepen your asana practice and knowledge. We will use the new Level 1 syllabus as the groundwork to explore important foundational elements and actions in a variety of asanas.
We will look at different groups of poses, like standing poses, forward bends, twisting, backbends, and arm balances. This weekend will increase your understanding and build stability in body and mind. Intensive workshops are a way to enhance your strength, flexibility, and mobility and go further in yoga practice and study.
This workshop is open to anyone with a minimum of 6 months consistent Iyengar yoga experience.
