Workshop – Yoga for Hormonal Balance – Practising in Rhythm with the Cycle with Rayna on April 25th

The female body undergoes hormonal changes throughout the month which can influence energy, mood and overall capacity. An adapted yoga practice can help to balance these changes and support physical as well as mental stability.
In this workshop we will look at how the yoga practice can be adjusted according to the different phases of the cycle. We will consider the practice before, during and after menstruation and also address topics such as heavy or light bleeding, irregular cycles and other hormonally related changes.
The workshop offers an introduction to a more differentiated, cycle-aware practice and shows how the appropriate choice and sequencing of asanas can support regeneration and help maintain long-term health.


Suitable for women with regular yoga practice.
