Family Yoga: Asanas to do with Children

Celebrate Mother’s Day in a new way! Join us for an hour of yoga together. Bring your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew (7 years old or older) for a playful yoga practice.
Iyengar yoga offers many opportunities to work with partners to explore and deepen our understanding of basic asanas. We will stretch and balance together, finding new possibilities for movement, openness, and fun. Come for an energetic class to improve strength, flexibility, and self-awareness.
This workshop is open to everyone interested in yoga.
