In the past, menopause was associated with negative feelings, like self-doubt and depression, and painful physical changes. What many women don’t know is that menopause is accompanied by perimenopause and postmenopause, which can also bring unpleasant symptoms. Men also experience hormonal fluctuations and comparable phases called andropause or viropause. In this workshop, we will explore how classical asanas can be adapted to the respective conditions and contribute to greatly improving quality of life.


This workshop is for everyone with a minimum  1 year Iyengar yoga experience.
