Anna’s personal interest in Yoga is the connection between consciousness and body. Through this connection, we learn to focus and to be present and attentive in the moment. The body is our teacher.
Anna has been practising Iyengar yoga since 2001. She began her mentorship with Elisabeth Brass and Katrin Voigt in 2020 and passed her Level 1 teacher exam in 2023.
In her classes, she aims to strengthen students and guide them to develop strength, stamina and inner stability through the practice of Asanas.
