In this weekend workshop, we will investigate the history and theory of Hatha Yoga and practice asana and pranayama.
Georgie Grütter is a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher and runs a yoga school in Mallorca. She also teaches in the teacher training programs in Berlin and Cologne and abroad.
