Ellie praktiziert seit 2005 Iyengar Yoga und hat über die Jahre eine tiefe Verbindung zum Yoga entwickelt. Ihre Ausbildung und ihr Verständnis wurden durch das Mentorship bei Katrin Voigt und Elizabeth Brass geprägt, die sie mit ihrer Erfahrung und Klarheit begleitet und inspiriert haben.
Ihre Zertifizierung als Iyengar Yogalehrerin Level 1 hat sie 2025 erhalten. In ihrem Unterricht legt sie Wert auf Präzision, Achtsamkeit und die Freude an der Praxis. Es ist ihr wichtig, allen im Unterricht eine stabile Grundlage zu vermitteln und gleichzeitig Raum für individuelle Entwicklung zu schaffen. Sie unterrichtet überwiegend in Deutsch, spricht aber auch fließend Englisch.
Neben ihrer Arbeit als Yogalehrerin ist sie in der Filmbranche tätig. Ihr Hintergrund vereint ein Studium der Psychologie mit einer vertieften Ausbildung im Screenwriting.
