This class is open to all, and especially addresses issues of alignment, so central to Iyengar Yoga. Helen’s background through working with scoliosis, gives her the eye and the tools to help with readjustment, rebalancing, and discovering inner alignment. The class is also recommended for those following Helen’s three hour workshops ‘Yoga for Scoliosis’.
