This year in honor of Guruji’s deep commitment to practice and the centenery of his birth, we will commit to intensify of our personal practice. This workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced students in the Iyengar tradition who want to devote extra time for practice and learning. Students will be guided in a strong practice over the three hour session and build upon the work to unlock individual challenges.
