The Saturday morning class at IYZB continues with a new teacher, Kris. New and experienced students are welcome to get their weekend off to a great start with Kris and a dynamic yoga practice.
Starting March 15th – New Early Morning Friday Class, 7:30-8:30am, with Anke in German
Anke will teach the essential fundamentals aspects for yoga practice and give each participant weekly take home sequences so you can practice at home or anywhere between classes.
