The Iyengar Yoga Zentrum Berlin welcomes students of all backgrounds, ages, abilities, body types, and levels of experience. Our certified international and multilingual teaching staff offers classes in German and English online and in-person for beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level students. We also have classes for people over 55 years old as well as restorative yoga, gentle yoga, and classes for children and teens. We offer private classes in yoga therapy and individual instruction. Our focused weekend workshops and yoga retreats give students of all levels the chance to explore and deepen their practice.
If you have previous yoga experience but are new to the Iyengar style, we recommend trying a Beginners or Mixed Level class to see which is right for you. Students with no previous yoga experience whatsoever are encouraged to attend Beginners classes.

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes in advance of your first class so that your teacher has a chance to meet you and discuss any injuries or concerns. If you have any questions before coming to class, please email us at
or call Elizabeth (61 62 66 76) or Katrin (313 67 73).
