Chandra Baumgärtner teaches a gentle  class on Thursday. The aim of the course is to develop body awareness, release tension in the muscles and promote joint mobility. By strengthening the spine and opening the chest, the breath can flow (again) better and inner peace and balance can unfold. Chandras teaching is characterized by special sensitivity and empathy, so that everyone feels comfortable and safe with her, regardless of age or ability.

Chandra Baumgärtner grew up between Spain, Italy, India and Germany. She became enthusiastic about dance, gymnastics and yoga at an early age and has made this her passion both privately and professionally.

Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher since 2018 (Introductory)
  • 3-year training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute Berlin (2015-2018) with certification by the Berufsverband der Iyengar Yoga Deutschland e. V. (Professional Association of Iyengar Yoga Germany).
