The Iyengar Yoga Zentrum Berlin welcomes students of all ages, abilities, body types, and levels of experience. Our certified international teaching staff offers classes in German and English for beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level students, as well as classes designed for students over 55 years old. Our focused weekend workshops offer students of all levels a chance to deepen their practice.
If you have previous yoga experience but are new to the Iyengar style, we recommend trying a Level 1 or Level 1-2 class to see which is right for you. Students with no previous yoga experience whatsoever are encouraged to attend Level 1 classes.

Be sure to arrive 15 minutes in advance of your first class so that your teacher has a chance to meet you and discuss any injuries or concerns. If you have any questions before coming to class, please email us at
or call Elizabeth (61 62 66 76) or Katrin (313 67 73).
